Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, we recommend making an appointment. However, if our schedule will allow we happily take walk-ins. We will require a credit card number to guarantee the appointment.
What if I need to cancel a salon appointment?
We hope that you do not have to cancel, however if you need too, please honor our 24-hour cancellation policy as outlined below. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100 percent fee of the service that was booked.
May I bring my children with me to my salon appointment?
If you cannot find childcare for your salon services, please contact Kids Korner, our on-site childcare, for hours and prices at (916) 480-1165.
May I use my cell phone during my salon service?
We understand that everyone is busy; we ask that you respect the other clients and keep phone calls short and minimal. We have tried hard to create an environment where everyone can come and relax while receiving their services.
What if I am not happy with my service?
We always hope that you love your service and your experience; however, if by any chance you are unhappy with your service, please call the salon immediately and we would be happy to fix any concerns you may have.
What is the cancellation policy for contracted services?
Wedding parties, extensions and Japanese straighteners are all contracted services and are therefore subject to the cancellation policy as outlined in the client’s specific contract.
